Community Centre Main Hall Rental Price List, Conditions, and Procedures

Payable at time of booking:

 - $300 damage deposit
 - 50% of rental fees

Monday to Sunday Half Day (4 hours maximum)
 - includes main hall
 - tables, chairs, dishes, and coffee makers
 - rental fee = $100

Monday to Sunday Full Day (9 hours maximum)
 - includes main hall
 - tables, chairs, dishes, and coffee makers
 - rental fee = $150

Monday to Thursday Evening (6:00 pm to Midnight)
 
- includes main hall
 - tables, chairs, dishes, and full use of kitchen
 - rental fee = $200

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Evening (6:00 pm to Midnight)
 
- includes main hall
 - tables, chairs, dishes, and full use of kitchen
 - rental fee = $250

20% Discount on Rental Fees for:
 
St. Andrews Heights Community Association Members, and
 Long Term Renters (individuals/groups making at least 4 bookings over a minumum 4 month period)
 
Procedures
 - determine if the main hall is available (visit availability schedule)
 - review suitability of the main hall (see photos and layout)
 - contact hall rental coordinator to arrange damage deposit and fee payment as well as key pickup
 - long term renters are required to provide monthly post-dated cheques

Keys
Key delivery and drop off conditions will be set by the hall coordinator.   Each long term renter (one per contract) is entitled to one set of front door and back door keys.  Keys remain the property of St. Andrews Heights.  The renter is responsible for the costs associated with replacing lost keys and changing the lock plus an additional fee.

Alcohol
Alcohol permits and adherence to all laws / by-laws are the responsibility of the renters.

Table Cloths, Food, and Supplies
The tenant is responsible for table cloths, food, and other items not otherwise described.
