|| = || __ CROSS COUNTRY SKI TRACK
Through the efforts of another invaluable resident, St Andrews Heights is now home to a 1.2 km cross country ski track behind the community hall (see map below).
Long time St Andrews Heights community resident Snowie Skierson (aka Doug Connery), reports this is the best start to ski season we have had in years. He encourages people to get those old cross country boards out and give the track a whirl.
Doug also welcomes any other keen residents who enjoy the sport to contact him (Doug.Connery@gmail.com) to join in with helping to maintain the track.
Cheers to Snowie (and other residents) for their ongoing efforts to strengthen St Andrews Heights assets and build opportunities for us to connect. You will notice that the Ice Crew has also been hard at work. Many thanks to all.
