Deadline to submit your concerns is noon tomorrow, July 13, 2026.
You are encouraged to review the notice received from City Council (shown below) and submit your concerns and objections to the proposed (DP 2026-01398) development.
The proposal comprises five dwelling units and possibly several basement units on a piece of land that presently holds a single detached home.
If approved, it will result in lots of traffic and parking problems at the west entrance to St Andrews Heights. It also opens the door to the possibility for further big developments — changing the nature of the community.
You might have already objected to this proposed development before the new council was elected. However, it is very important you raise your concerns again and bring your objections to the attention of the new council as well.
