 We need your help on Monday (June 27th, 7pm) to pass the audited financial statements and elect the new board. This event will be in person at the community hall with a virtual option (meeting link: meet.google.com/ptt-vmry-chc). Please join us after the meeting for a wine & cheese.
The agenda will be brief followed by the wine & cheese where people can ask questions about the board reports. The board reports will not be presented at the AGM. Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Introductions 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Approval of 2021 AGM minutes 5. Approval of 2022 audited financial statements 6. Approval to use FCC as 2022 auditors 7. Election of new board 8. Questions 9.
